After speaking with a friend about One 30 Fitness I knew that I needed to give this workout a try. A little over 4 weeks ago I came in for my free trial sessions and knew after that sessions that I needed to start my training. As a busy mom of three I do not have a lot of time to workout so this exercise plan sounded perfect for my schedule and fitness needs.Three weeks in to my workouts and I have already lost 4% of my body fat and a little over 2 pounds and several inches. My husband and friends started commenting about my body shape changing within 2 weeks of my workouts. I have also noticed that my clothes are fitting me differently and that my body is starting to get back to its pre-baby shape, which I never thought would be possible in just 30 minutes one time a week.Through the years I have tried many different types of exercises and gyms. One 30 Fitness has the best workout and environment. The training environment is so relaxing, you really experience peace and quiet. None of the waiting around to get on a machine or trying to figure out how the machines work. Another great thing is the one on one attention that you receive, while working out. I have trained with two different trainers at this time and found that both workouts were wonderful. They were upbeat, positive and encouraging to my progress.I have recommended One 30 Fitness to all of my friends because I believe that it works. When I started my 6 week program I really thought that it would be just a 6 week commitment. After a year and a half, I gave in and tried it...I had heard about One 30 Fitness for about a year and a half, and thought it was all a bunch of hype. But after seeing my good friend, Jill, flaunt her amazing results, I had to give in and try it. One session later, I knew this was my answer. It had been over 20 years since my last workout. You have 5 weeks to prove it works! I met a trainer from One 30 Fitness over 2 years ago at a Chamber function. I was complaining how I wanted to be in shape but had a full time job and an active family, so I had no time for the gym. She had tried to tell me that her 30 minute a week program was my solution. I recall looking at her like she was "crazy"! 30 minutes a week? One time a week? NO WAY !! So, I continued with my theory that it would take 1 hour a day, 5 days a week at the gym to get results. I began working out at One 30 Fitness about 6 months before my wedding. I'm extremely pleased with the results - I feel stronger and I look strong. I went to One 30 Fitness with great skepticism. I had been working out 5 times a week for more than a year (4 times a week running on the treadmill and once a week with a personal trainer) so I felt like I was in pretty good shape. But I was so tired of having to get up before dawn every day to work out and I had reached a plateau with my weight that I couldn't get past. "How could one workout a week be enough?", I thought.
